If you got your fake iPod from eBay you can claim for your money back through eBay buyer protection if your product came with it. If it didn't simply make a claim to Paypal if that was your payment method and if your claim is successful you should get your money back within two weeks.If you got it at a store simply try and return it some stores will. Try do it in person because if you can't it is almost impossible to get your money back.
